After doing this personality test, I have found that my personality is one of INFJ. This kind of personality is rare and occurs to a very small population, 1 to 3 percent. It has several strengths. People with this personality type are determined and passionate. When they aim at doing something, they fight with vigor, not for their selfish interests, but because they believe in its benefits. For this reason, they are altruistic. Another strength is that they are decisive and creative. This enables them to achieve incredible things. They are also convincing and inspiring. Whenever they decide to accomplish something, they are able to rally people behind them, for the purpose of accomplishing the task. They are insightful, too, and organized. However, they also have weaknesses. They are very sensitive with issues. They get hurt easily. Their tendency to be perfectionistic makes them to be very choosy, thus get challenges in this world. They are also extremely private and do not trust people easily. These people can also burn out easily because of their determination to achieve.

PART II:

Working in a team setting requires that one moves out of their ambitions in order to have a positive co-existence in the work-place. One positive strength in working with people is knowing one self. This is an advantage I am going to use in a team setting. My weaknesses may prevent me from working with people well. People of the opposite personality type may tend to be difficult to mobilize at the workplace. I would apply the strategy of making them understand the importance of the task ahead. Also, some of them may not be organized, or even be ready to work with passion. In such a case, I would apply the strategy of talking to them to make them appreciate the vitality of being organized in the work that one does. To those who may not be creative, I would induce them by giving them simple tasks as a form of training. The other trait that my opposite personality types may be having is failure to be creative. This may be dealt with by guiding them through simple tasks.

PART III:

The specific career path that matches my personality type is one that will allow me to practice leadership. This counts to be in line with my goals and interests. I am intending to use these results to prepare well for my future career. I purpose hopefully to get an opportunity to serve humanity in a position that will enable me practice good leadership. Looking at the results of this test, I will focus on my strengths and work on my weaknesses. From the test results, I have realized that I have strong traits to enable me accomplish my vision in life. These traits like being creative, highly principled and future oriented, will enable me stand in a point of taking risks to serve humanity. I will continue with ma sacrificial determination, that; in this world, one is remembered for what they did for their people. I will also strengthen my belief that working for my people is working for myself. On my weaknesses, am not going to ignore them. For me to succeed, I will have to work with people in all the projects I undertake. Therefore, I am going to accept criticism. I am determined to try my best not to be angered easily, and through this, I am going to be a better person.
