the essay must be minimum 2000 words, max 2750. as said in the title one must asses the impact of the 1998 human rights act on an area of tort. I would like to do it on defamation, as there are two articles of the act talking about it (articles 8 and 10), the requirements for the citations are text books, books, journal articles and cases (at least 2). I would like the essay to be structured with an introduction,stating what the essay will be about, a first body paragraph explaining what the Human rights act has done and the influence it had on the law and why it was created and a second body paragraph explaining its impact on tort law and defamation and then a conclusion.
