Hypothesis of secondary exposure to cigarette smoking

a) Test the given hypothesis of the secondary exposure to cigarette smoking during childhood has importance in developing the lung cancer in person.

Secondary exposure to the cigarette smoking during childhood is investigated in the 108 males diagnosed with the lung cancer and 108 males of normal controls.  Fifteen of the men diagnosed with the lung cancer were found to have been exposed to second hand smoke, however only four of the controls were exposed.  Produce a 2 X 2 table to display the results of this study. 

b) Describe how efficient is surgical treatment for the Ankylosing Spondylitis
