You are required to produce an individual research report on the challenges of delivering successful human resources provision in the current economic climate. You should adopt a case study approach focusing on a particular organisation within your industry. (The case study I have chosen is Virgin Atlantic, Links have been attatched.)The report should focus on talent management, i.e. attracting and maintaining talented employees at all levels. In particular, the report should focus on issues such as: Resourcing, performance management and rewards in achieving the above, with appropriate theoretical underpinning.The report should include relevant underpinning theory and use examples of good and bad industrial practice.Recommendations for improvement should be included.Research reports should be word processed with a text not exceeding 2,000 words. Your word count MUST be included at the end of the report and a penalty grade will be incurred should you exceed this. Standard Harvard Referencing must be used and a list of references should be included.
