o Define key strategic objectives.
o Define the tactics that will support achievement of the identified strategic objectives.
o Define specific action items that need to be completed in order to achieve the tactics and objectives.
o Identify a schedule and timeline for completing each action item.
o Assign the responsibility for completing each action item to a specific individual or department.
o Identify resources that will be needed to successfully achieve each action items.
