Global Business Management

Read the attachment from a prior assignment and answer the question below:
I, too, discussed the importance that age and gender play in the Confusion code, respected by the South Koreans.

My question:
What is the best way to handle the merged situation? Meaning, should a female U.S. manager be omitted from the team that travels to South Korea due to the gender roles of the Confusion code?
Should U.S. managers expect South Korean managers to respect our corporate culture?
I would assume that nations outside the U.S. respect our culture as we do theirs. Is this assumption wrong?
What is the right, or wrong decision for that matter? I am truly looking for insights of the class as I may face a situation such as this in the future.
Instructions:
Write a 1 to 2 body page with a detailed response, any references used.

Discussion Question:
Your company plans to establish MNE manufacturing operations in South Korea. conduct a cultural audit focusing on leadership behaviors of South Korea. The results of your report will be used for internal training for plant managers due to be reassigned to work with South Korean managers in a few months. You are aware of a high-collectivism culture with a Confucian code of ethical behavior in South Korea. What kinds of South Korean leadership behaviors would you expect to include in your report? Describe these in terms of interaction between the U.S. and Korean managers as well as interaction between Korean leader-followers.
