Order Description
Global Culture
Your industry or research scope is likely to employ and serve a diverse group of people as world economies become even more intertwined daily. What adjustments are necessary to the SDL to accommodate the various cultural differences that are inevitable in any service setting? This is an assignment that encourages you to think about these issues.
Develop an International dimension to SDL theory suitable for inclusion into your research schema that incorporates a global perspective of service theory. Assess any cultural differences in service theory and application around the world to include in your presentation. Your global application might consider a series of scale preferences on international applicability.
