In lieu of an exam, each student is required to write a case study analysis (3000 – 4000 words) of a selected family business. For this, you are required to investigate a family business of your own choosing. Your task is to find a family business willing to provide you with sufficient details about their family and business, and then to develop, analyze, and write up your own case study. The rationale for this “interactive” case study is for the student to understand that theory and academic inquiry must be juxtaposed with real life experiences and challenges. By directly engaging with a functioning family business, and questioning the protagonists in that business, it is anticipated that the student will be able to apply, in a “real world” setting the challenges and nuances that go to make up a family business.

For this i want you to write my friend’s company which is PT. AGUNG MAKMUR NUSANTARA who works in breeding chicken in Gowa, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. basically the company works in chicken breeding company, they then sold into the market, supermarket, restaurant and several sale slaughterhouse owned by the government will also be sold to the market. they sell around 1500 chickens everyday. company build in 1970 with the owner name was Andi Agung Satriawan (Father) and the company handed over to his son Tri Ananta Satriawan (Son) since 2011 until now. You can come up why the father gave it to his son but realistic reasons.

For this you can create your own story about this breeding chicken company but related to the theory and also makes it real and does not seems fake. and using the company name above and the people inside the company.
