Efficiency of Clustering algorithms for mining large biological data bases
deal with the efficiency of at least four clustering mining algorithms on a large data set (ex. Breast cancer Wisconsin). There should be a statistical analysis of the efficiency of the algorithms to determine the best and the worst algorithm. Based on the analysis a new clustering algorithm should be proposed to overcome the deficiencies of the previous algorithms. The pseudo code for the proposed algorithm should be written. The data set on which the efficiency of the algorithms are calculated should be mentioned.
