2.Given the importance placed on policy preference, justices behavior, age, and the competing parties involved in the nomination/confirmation process: what effects do you think this has on the justices selected to sit on the Supreme Court?
3.Supreme Court law clerks are given a substantial amount of responsibility, what implications do you think this has on the Supreme Court and the decision outcomes they reach? Do you think it is acceptable that Clerks are given this much responsibility?
