Powerpoint Presentation
Project instructions:
This skill activity involves creating and recording a presentation about the information system you plan to develop for your business. This presentation is an introduction to your business, what it is and the services or products it produces, as well as providing an overview of the information system you plan to develop for this business.
Finding your Business
Go to Google maps and locate a town somewhere in Australia.
Go to realestate.com.au and locate a business / business premise for sale in that town (if no businesses then find another town). Choose a business that you would like to work for or own. This business can be one that is real (currently operating) or one that you would like to start or work for in the future.
Your Business Scenario
Now that you have investigated businesses in your field of interest and identified a country town to establish your business, write a business scenario that uniquely identifies your business, what it does and how it will engage the country town community. You will use this information as the basis of your oral presentation.
