Develop a diagram for this case exploring the contractual relationships that existed
between the parties to the Walter/Surry contract. You should outline the role & duties of
each party supporting this with references to both AS 2124 and 4000 as if this contract had
been based on these standards. Hint: you may wish to break roles into key sub-headings
and reference this way. Also outline any common law duties that the parties to the
contract owed citing relevant precedent if relevant. There is no need for you to explore
duties under any specific state or federal acts.
