The confectionary company Choc Deluxe are manufacturers of luxury chocolate and are keen to raise the profile of their brand in India and China. To do this they need to be able to meet an increased demand and want to ensure their supply of the Criollo cocoa beans which give Choc Deluxe chocolate is distinctive taste. As supply of the Criollo cocoa beans is limited, Choc Deluxe are keen to enter into a binding agreement with the producers to ensure that the beans are supplied exclusively to Choc Deluxe.
