For this assignment, you do NOT need to submit your entire rough draft. To get full points for the draft, you need to submit the following:

Your entire introduction.
Your thesis statement (either as part of your introduction or separately if you state the thesis in the conclusion).

One or two complete body paragraphs that include:
a short quote, with signal phrase and MLA in-text citation,
a long (block) quote, in MLA format,
a paraphrase.
Your Works Cited page, with complete entries for any quotes used in #3 above.
The purpose of this draft is for the instructor to check your ability to

quote accurately,
paraphrase,
use in-text citations,
develop Works Cited page entries, and
connection the in-text citation to the WC page entry.
