Critique colleague assignment

Review one (1) colleague’s Microsystem Assessment that has not been responded to. From your colleague’s response to the assignment, can you see the value of Dartmouth’s evidence based format for quality improvement? Were they able to utilize the process to inform quality improvement in their specific practice environment? What did they do exceptionally well that enhanced your learning? Were there opportunities to improve on their Assessment, P-D-S-A or evaluation process? Are you aware of any other resources that might have been helpful to their endeavor? What about any alternative methods of evaluation or hardwiring for the improvement initiative? Are there quality standards from the lens of your specific concentration that might be applicable here? Are you familiar with other quality initiatives that might be helpful here such as; LEAN, Six Sigma, etc?
