Construction projects are similar to other projects in that they can have a range of stakeholder groups. An ongoing challenge in any project is finding a method for communicating effectively with stakeholders. For this Key Concept Exercise, you analyse different methods of communication for construction projects to effectively engage with a range of stakeholder groups. At this point, you do not need to decide which method you believe is most effective, as you will do that in your Collaboration.
To prepare for this Key Concept Exercise, read the Required Learning Resources for Week 2.
