Communication and Trust
One of the most important factors determining whether organizations and their members will be high performance is the presence of trust between leaders and followers. What types of behaviors generate trust? What types of behaviors destroy trust? What types of communication behaviors contribute to trust between organizational members? What types of communication behaviors destroy trust? Provide an example from your organization of an instance when trust was built or destroyed and note some of the consequences that occurred.
If you are not currently part of an organization, describe an organization that you used to be part of or one of which you have knowledge.
