4-Paste a copy of your spreadsheet table into your report.
MORE ABOUT THE REPORT (HOW STRUCTURE YOUR REPORT MUST BE FOLLOWED)
You are required to submit a final report on the valuation of your selected company using the techniques and analytical tools developed throughout the module.
Starting with your reformulated financial statements, carry out the financial statement analysis to identify the relevant drivers for forecasting. Next forecast future
:)financial statements and develop a valuation from the forecasts.
You can use the examples in the textbook as a guide. The relevant part is Chapters 7 to 16, where financial statement analysis and valuation are covered in detail
using Nike as an example.
For the sake of completeness, the whole process is set out here, but many of the steps have been covered in the weekly coursework assignments. The final report is more
about drawing these together into a coherent whole, and drawing your own sensible conclusion regarding the companys valuation.
There will be 4 sections to your report:
1.Executive summary
Introduction to business and industry
Evaluation of business strategy
Summary of findings from the analysis
Statement of valuation and recommendation
2.Reformulation of financial statements
Statements of shareholders’ equity
Income statements
Balance sheets
Statements of cash flows
