Back feminism and the black wars will be the topic of study touching on the feminism that touches on the oppression of women in terms of racism, sexism. The topic discusses on issues of avoiding human oppression of any nature and know that black women are unique, and every person has a unique personality. The articles for use in this discussion will be ‘Feminism’s Ugly Internal Clash: Why Its Future Is Not Up To White Women by Brittney Cooper and ‘Black Feminist Blogger Speaks The Truth’ by Goldstein, Rich, which analysis feminism according to Beyonce.
The first article ‘Ugly Internal Clash: Why Its Future Is Not Up To White Women’ talks about feminism especially for black women and how they can form a gender inclusive group to deal with racism, sexual harassment, and work discrimination against women. The article provides a name that helps women to describe the issues they go through during discrimination Brittney (Cooper 2015). Feminism is the name, and it helps many women to discuss their issues without should not be left with the white women as most of the issues center around gender equality. For white women, equality was achieved a long time ago, but for the black women, it is still a big issue. Most of the black women in the US do not fully access some of the benefits, such as the Obamacare in some states (Cooper 2015). Understanding feminist and black women oppression will help women fight for their rights in foreign countries, such s the United States.
The second article ‘’Black Feminist Blogger Speaks The Truth’ by Goldstein, Rich talks about how important issues contributed by black women in the media get ignored by many readers and viewers. The writer focuses on blogs on issues of life for black women instead of focusing on wealthy and glamorous women in power (Goldstein 2015). According to the blog, there are many interesting things about black women, such as their unique talents, although there are few people who recognize them. Racism is real and classifies women according to their place of origin, and the blog help many to have some attention on racism, sexism, and ableism. The writer admires the work of Beyonce for focusing on feminism, especially the one touching on black women. Bla (Goldstein 2015). Understanding the values of feminism will help colored women to style up and match their white counterparts. All the issues addressed in the blogs are real life experiences that women go through silently, but the show the writer produces enlightens many women.
The two articles have similarities as they address feminism of the black women, especially the ones living in the US. The challenges faced by these women in articles concerns racism, sexism, and power. The articles provide the media in which black women can air their experiences and share with other women living in the other parts of the world. Through the media, especially the internet more women can air their views and communicate with others on issues touching on sexuality and racial segregation. The two articles show the challenges that black experience in the presence of the white women, whenever they express their power on different matters. The thinking of the white women is that the black woman should occupy lower ranks and contribute less in development matters. The two articles try to educate black women about their rights and freedoms, whether they live in the foreign countries or not. Instead of tolerating painful comments from their white counterparts, black women should look for avenues provided by the law to end discrimination. The two writers provide an avenue for the colored race to air their issues freely and confront the harsh statement they encounter, especially in their work and social places.
The two articles have a few differences when addressing the position of the black woman in relation to race and sex. In the first article focuses, more on the future of the black women in forming a group that will help in addressing their discrimination based on sex, race, and work discrimination. The second article concentrates on offering solutions to the discrimination of the black women through blogs on real life experiences (Goldstein 2015). In the first article, many black women do not fully access the benefits provided by the state and the writer bring out the plight of these women and encourages speaking out and fighting for equality. The second article encourages black women to make use of the media to campaign for the rights to that of the white women instead of suffering silently. In the first article, he writer concentrates on the future of the black women in the foreign countries and the way their issues in the media do not matter to many, especially the whites. In the second article, the blogger concentrates on airing the views of the black women in the media to enlighten them on their rights as they socialize with the white women in their land.
In conclusion, discrimination against black women is real with many o them suffering silently and submitting to the white women. The whites do not appreciate and respect anything done by colored women and think that due to their color, they should not enjoy all the rights provided by the state. In this discussion, I concentrated on issues affecting the black women in respect to feminism and how the women can fight the discrimination through the media. Since the media is open to the public, black women should participate fully in airing their views as the blogger in the article two encourages. Shying away from reality is not a solution to black women who endure open discrimination in terms of sex and race silently. There are laws governing gender bias and race discrimination, which means women of the colored ethnicity, should fight for their equality rights. The two articles provide some enlighten to black women, who should take the chance to open up by utilizing the media and any other body.
