I am a international student from China, have study in Australia for more than 3 years. I have finished my master degree of

Journalism, I am doing Master of Teaching now.
This unit is about behaviour management in education area, I am doing secondary teaching study with two specialisation:

multimedia and LOTE (language other than English – Chinese), thus in this essay, my particular context should be high school

teaching (secondary teaching – grade 7-12), my practice should be multimedia or Chinese.
Task description:
Part 1. Drawing on theories/models of behaviour management/discipline, develop a behaviour management plan for a specified

context and practice. Include a statement of personal philosophy and a range of preventive/supportive and corrective

strategies.( 1000 words)
Part 2. Justify the elements of your plan in a rationale that explains your thinking and demonstrates connections to relevant

and contemporary theory and research. (1500 words)
The knowledge we learn in this unit:
We are using Edwards& Watts (2008) ‘Classroom discipline and management’ as text book. And some contents are from Rogers, B.

(2011). ‘Classroom behaviour: A practical guide to effective teaching, behaviour management and colleague support’ . Some

other required reading materials for this essayI will attach later.
