We are as I’m working at Qatar university at the Information System Section has a balanced scorecard score and every year we have our objectives and tasks and KPIs for these objective. The problem is that weather I have more or less resources and employee every year we have the same KPI that means that we have the balance scored and we have the tool but we don’t use it to utilize our resources efficiently. So this is the problem that I would to tackle in my case study. As we have the balance scored why we don’t use it and what might be the problem and my solution to that. The case study instruction is attached as well as the mission and the values of my section. The case study is for managerial management MBA course.
