performance relating to Ground Handling, catering operations/logistics, aircraft cleaning & presentation and airfield performance. All of these aspects allow Ground

Operations to ensure we meet the demands of the Customer Proposition of Superior Customer Service at a Competitive Price. A team of Airside Performance Managers will

deliver this via a robust compliance monitoring program, accurate record keeping, detailed performance data analysis and will forge close working partnerships with

airport operators and 3rd party suppliers, as well as internal stakeholders such as Operations, CSO, pilots, cabin crew and the Ground Ops front of house teams. Each
