Identify the most pressing issue currently impacting your field of study as it relates to the topic of workplace communication.
Examine the history of the issue, and how it impacts products/services and employees. Determine which barriers to communication exist within
the current system. Analyze efforts to address the issue. Are these efforts short-term fixes for an issue requiring long-term solutions? The analysis
of the efforts should reflect your thoughts on this issue as well. This requires four sources with an optional interview.
