Assume that the na+ ions are moving from outside

Calculate the maximum [glucose]in/[glucose]out ratio that can be achieved by the plasma membrane Na+-Glucose symporter of an epithelial cell when the concentration of Na+ inside the cell is 12 mM, the concentration of Na+ outside the cell is 145 mM, the membrane potential is -50 mV (inside is more negative) and temperature is 298K. Assume that the Na+ ions are moving from outside to the inside of the cell.
