Part I
You should begin your paper by briefly (200 words) describing your manager, and the company. Next describe clearly and succinctly the “strategy” that you discussed with your manager (300 words).
Part II
Synthesis (approximately 2300 words): This section of the paper will address point 3 of the “Purpose” section above, comparing and contrasting real-world management with theory. For this portion of the paper you will compare what you have learned from your readings on the topic with what you have discovered in the interview process. This will be where you discuss how theory and application intersect, don’t intersect, or should intersect. Take a stab at making recommendations for the manager you interviewed (but only in your paper!) based on theory, or reconsider theory based on what you learned from your manager. You should gain valuable insight from this key component of the paper, and you may discover that just because someone holds the title “manager” doesn’t necessarily mean that she or he is truly effective in this role. Although you shouldn’t necessarily share those thoughts with your manager, you can discuss them in your paper.
You should find a manager that really exist and the business is really exist
