As previously noted the work presented does not follow the format of a case study there is absolutely no or little mention of the checking of the anaesthetic machine and the physics applied to anaesthesia which is a learning outcome

The anaesthetic process section the author should clarify some of the important issues i.e., what was the rationale for pungent ether and chloroform, “200 ml of propofolgiven to your patient” and “all the equipment in place for the procedure including 100 ml of body fluid”. No or minimal information has been provided relating to emergency drugs, pressure reducing valves and the importance of avoiding barotrauma. Author demonstrated there is no understanding of triad of Anaesthesia which demonstrates inadequate evidence of application to practice. Awareness of external influences on patient care is Questionable?. Poor insight intointerprofessional issues.
Overall this case study has not met the learning outcomes to the required standard
