Executive Summary

The Management of London South Bank University, one of the top and highly rated higher Institution of learning in London has decided to introduce an additional course named MSc in Strategic Management to be introduced in the Institution’s open day in June 2016.

A group of consultants in Business Project Management have been contracted with the marketing of the course which is expected to be in a video format to showcase the uniqueness, importance, advantages and the opportunities that the new introduced course will offer new intakes to assist in making a decision.

However, the consultants have very limited knowledge in filming and this has influenced the decision of the Head of Department to involve the service of an external consultant whose speciality is in video and filming.
