Order Description
In the paper, the student will identify the Protagonist, the character who drives the action and has the most to lose, and the Antagonist, the character who most works against the Protagonist, in the play they choose to write about. The Deciding Agent is the character who tips the balance in favor of either the the Protagonist or Antagonist. In addition, the students will need to identify the major points on the quarter structure: Major Dramatic Question, The Fulcrum or Turn, The Point of No Return and The Climax.
